Where does your data actually come from?
Every record begins with a field visit by one of our verified collectors. They arrive on-site, capture GPS-stamped photos, scan stakeholder business cards with our OCR tool, and log phase, sector, and project needs. We do not scrape tender portals, crawl news sites, or ingest rumor. If a project isn't on prospects.info, it's because a collector hasn't been there yet — and we'll tell you when one is scheduled.
What's the GCC coverage and where do you have the most depth?
We operate across all six GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Coverage is deepest in Riyadh, Jeddah, NEOM, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha, with growing collector networks in Muscat, Manama, and Kuwait City. Coverage depth per city is visible inside the product, and Enterprise customers can commission dedicated collector routes.
How often is a project refreshed?
Active projects are re-visited on a cadence set by their phase — typically every 2 to 4 weeks for structure and MEP, more frequently for finishing and handover. The freshness score on each project card shows the age of the last verified visit and the date of the next scheduled one.
What export formats are supported?
XLSX and CSV on every plan. Professional adds JSON and native sync to HubSpot and Salesforce; Enterprise adds a full REST API and webhook infrastructure for real-time delivery to your data warehouse.
How do team seats and permissions work?
Each plan includes a seat pool (Starter 3, Professional 10, Enterprise unlimited) with role-based permissions: Admin, Analyst, and Viewer. Pipelines, saved searches, and notes can be shared across a team or kept private. SSO via SAML and SCIM provisioning are available on Enterprise.
Are you compliant with GCC data regulations?
Yes. Our operations comply with Saudi Arabia's PDPL, the UAE's PDPL, and Bahrain's PDPL, with regional data residency available on request. Stakeholder contacts are collected under lawful basis (business cards voluntarily exchanged on-site) and subject to our verified opt-out process. A DPA is available for signature on Enterprise contracts.
